Merchant Cash Advances Are Not Loans
Merchant cash advances are a purchase of future business receivables, not a loan. They are not subject to state usury laws or interest rate regulations that apply to traditional loans. The cost of a merchant cash advance is expressed as a factor rate, not an annual percentage rate (APR).
No Guarantee of Approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or funding. All credit decisions are made by the funding provider, not by Velica Capital. Terms, rates, and amounts vary based on business profile, funder underwriting criteria, and market conditions.
Compensation Disclosure
JC Exchange LLC receives compensation from funding providers when a deal is successfully originated. This compensation does not affect the rate or terms offered to the business owner - you receive the same or better terms as going directly to the funder.
